A. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery date, provided that:

Product is unused.

Product remains sealed.

Original packaging is intact.

Invoice or order confirmation is provided.



B. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

Opened skincare or cosmetic products.

Products with broken safety seals.

Medical-grade or professional-use items.

Discounted, clearance, or promotional sale items.

Gift cards or special bundles.

Hygiene-sensitive products.

This restriction is based on health and safety compliance standards.



C. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the wrong product is delivered or product is defective:

Notification must be made within 24–48 hours.

Supporting photos/videos required.

Item must remain unused.

Resolution may include:

Replacement.

Store credit.

Refund after internal verification.



D. Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless error is attributable to the company.



E. Return Shipping Cost

Customer bears return shipping cost unless:

Incorrect item was shipped.

Verified manufacturing defect exists.



F. Right to Refuse Return

The company reserves the right to reject returns that:

Do not meet hygiene criteria.

Show signs of usage.

Are returned outside the policy timeframe.
