Shipping Policy – Bahrain Only (Legally Structured)


This policy complies with Bahrain consumer protection principles and standard GCC e-commerce practices.

A. Shipping Coverage-

Delivery is available within the Kingdom of Bahrain only.

No international or GCC shipping at this stage.

B. Order Processing-

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next working day.

Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (Ramadan, campaigns), processing may take up to 3 business days.

C. Delivery Timeframe-

Standard delivery: 1–3 business days within Bahrain.

Express delivery (if selected): Same day or next day (subject to location and cut-off time).

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

D. Shipping Fees-

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Free delivery may apply for orders above a specified threshold (to be defined operationally).

Any promotional free shipping campaigns are temporary and subject to change.

E. Delivery Conditions-

Customers must:

Provide accurate address details including block, road, building, office/apartment number.

Provide an active contact number for courier coordination.

Re-delivery fees may apply if:

Address provided is incorrect.

Customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.

Order is refused without valid reason.

F. Damaged in Transit-

If a product arrives damaged:

Customer must notify within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of packaging and product must be provided.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

G. Risk Transfer-

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the provided address.

H. Restricted Products-

Certain professional or clinic-grade products may require:

Additional verification before dispatch.

Proof of professional eligibility where applicable.
